The Boston bombing was a clear result of dereliction of duty on the part of Obama's Homeland Security Department. They chose to drop the ball on watching the killers due to 1) Liberalism, 2) laziness, and 3) unconcern.
They were warned by the Russians, but they chose to dismiss the threat. The result meant death for four and the mutilation of hundreds. What the heck!
